Anthony Francisco is a sales professional whose career has been rooted in performance, leadership, and accountability across multiple industries. While he developed his foundation in sales early in his working life, he discovered a true passion and long-term commitment within the automotive retail environment.

Progressing from the showroom floor into leadership roles including Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Finance Director, and Service Director, Anthony built a reputation for strengthening team execution and improving dealership profitability. He has recruited and developed sales professionals, coached finance teams, collaborated with lender partners, and implemented structured processes designed to produce measurable results.

His experience provides firsthand understanding of the daily pressures dealerships face — from appointment flow and desking challenges to compliance standards and revenue targets.

Anthony founded A&L Enterprise Management to help dealerships move beyond theory and adopt practical, repeatable systems that managers can enforce and teams can execute immediately. His approach is direct, operational, and grounded in real showroom conditions where consistency and accountability drive success.
